During a recent New York Young Republican Club fund raising dinner, Congressional troll Marjorie Taylor Greene, bragged that the Capitol riot would have gone perfectly if she and Steve Bannon had actually been in charge.
“Then January 6 happened. And next thing you know, I organized the whole thing, along with Steve Banon,” Greene said, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. “I will tell you something. If Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won. Not to mention, it would have been armed.”
This was met with condemnation and criticism from the White House. “Marjorie Taylor Greene’s latest Jan. 6 comments are a ‘slap in the face’ to law enforcement, victims’ families,” White House Deputy Press secretary, Andrew Bates tweeted.
“It goes against our fundamental values as a country for a member of Congress to wish that the carnage of January 6 had been even worse, and to boast that she would have succeeded in an armed insurrection against the United States government,” he later told CBS News. “All leaders have a responsibility to condemn these abhorrent remarks and stand up for our Constitution and the rule of law.”
To which the idiot Congresswoman responded:
“The White House needs to learn how sarcasm works. My comments were making fun of Joe Biden and the Democrats , who have continuously made me a political target since January 6th. I will never back down from my support of the Second Amendment. And I will never allow the White House, Democrats, or the media to continue to accuse me of something I had nothing to do with. “
She was involved up to her eyeballs. But she’s the victim here. She’s the victim because Trump was not allowed to steal the election. They all are. The whole treasonous lot that participated in the coup to unseat Joe Biden as president elect and keep Trump in the White House, including the fake electors plot as explained here according to the New York Times., which culminated in the riot on the Capitol.
Greene has demonstrated time and again that she lacks a profound understanding of how government works. She has called for president Joe Biden to be impeached for his policies, specifically his COVID policies, and his “open border” policies, and has also called for the impeachment of any Republican who supports those policies.

The open border nonsense has been a constant theme among Republicans like Greene who claim that Democrats, and specifically Joe Biden, have a policy on the Congressional books that apparently states that the Democratic party has abandoned any concept of immigration and have opened wide the southern border for all to enter unchecked. Apparently border authorities have all abandoned their posts and are too busy playing Tiddlywinks to notice the massive hordes coming in to take advantage of the free government handouts offered by Biden and his comrades. No doubt this is what many of the Republican voting base believe.
Other examples of her lunacy include:
1/ A resolution to impeach Joe Biden for refusing to support/and or fund Trump’s border wall.
2/ A resolution to impeach Joe Biden and others for immigration failures, i.e. for allowing migrants to seek asylum, which is not illegal.
3/ A resolution to impeach Biden for securing the release of Britney Griner, because it involved the exchange of arms dealer Viktor Bout, aka the Merchant of Death.
4/ A resolution to impeach Biden for pulling the U.S. out of Afghanistan. Occupation must be permanent according to the wing nuts.
5/ A resolution to impeach Biden for “endangering, compromising and undermining the energy security of the United States by selling oil from the United States Strategic Petroleum Reserve to foreign nations.” This is not unprecedented or illegal, and past presidents, including Trump, have done the same. But Biden deserves impeachment for it and other high crimes and misdemeanors she and her fellow wing nut Republicans can’t name.
6/ A resolution to impeach Merrick Garland for allegedly assisting fellow comrade Joe Biden in facilitating a persecution campaign against America’s greatest and most persecuted president, Donald Trump, despite stolen government documents recovered by the FBI from his personal possession.
7/ A resolution to expel/impeach Maxine Waters for “incitement of violence and rioting against the United States.” During the summer protests following the death of George Floyd, Rep. Waters exhorted protesters to be “more confrontational” in the wake of a non guilty verdict on Derek Chauvin.
8/ In a lengthy Twitter rant earlier this year, she claimed that critics of Christian Nationalism and “Democrats are the domestic terrorists because they funded them ( the BLM protests ) and burned down our city streets and rioted in 2020. So if we’re going to put labels on people, we should put labels where they appropriately belong and not on people who love their country.”
9/ Last November on Steve Bannon’s War Room, Greene said of Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar: “She hates Israel. She’s pro-Hamas. She’s pro-Al-Qaeda. She’s basically an apologist for Islamic terrorists. There is no need to apologize to that woman because she will never stop. She’s blood-thirsty. She wants Republicans completely taken out, she wants Republicans jailed… This is one of the worst members of Congress. She’s a disgrace to our nation.”
She said this with no self-awareness, which is not surprising coming from a Congressperson who has peddled conspiracy theories her entire do-nothing career in Congress, divisive and violent rhetoric – including the arrest and execution of political opponents, and has also been a constant apologist for the enemies of the United States – the insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol in their attempt to overturn a Democratic election – including threatening to kill the vice president – based on lies and conspiracies.
Like any mainstream conservative Republican who claims to love their country, freedom, liberty, and free speech – all one must do is listen to her rhetoric to know that she is completely full of shit. Her rhetoric is contradictory to everything she says. Republicans of her kind are not interested in any concept of liberty for anyone but their own. If you are a Democrat, a progressive, a feminist, Black Lives Matter activist, LGBTQ, or anyone they consider to be “woke.” If it came to a choice between a jail cell or death, they would rather have you dead. Look no further than the massacre at the LGBTQ club Q last month. Online Republicans were ecstatic over the attack.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is America’s dumbest and most dangerous Congressperson, and in her own words, “She is one of the worst members of Congress, and a disgrace to our nation.”
