Five things Republicans don’t understand.
1. Free does not actually mean free … unless you’re wealthy. Then you get “free stuff” from Uncle Sam. In the form of tax breaks , and other subsidies , paid for by the taxes of hard working Americans.
2. You are not entitled to someone else’s hard earned money .. ever ... Unless you’re wealthy. Then redistribution of wealth is fine as long as it goes to the billionaire class. The Wall Street bailout was a huge redistribution of wealth at the expense of the middle class. If this had been done for the middle class at the expense of billionaires , Republicans would have shit their pants.
3. You cannot tax a nation into prosperity … According to the conservatives at TPUSA , government taxes are theft. They don’t understand that without taxes we would not have money to pay for infrastructure , education , health care , and other government programs like Medicare and social security.
4. The Rich Are Not Responsible For Your Financial Situation … You Are. See 1 and 2. Wall Street banksters literally stole billions of dollars that didn’t belong to them. Not to mention , the hundreds of billions that bailed them out. But somehow they share no responsibility for our financial situation.
5. Socialism leads to communism … Always. No , it doesn’t. Socialism and communism are not the same.
